“Each client is unique. Each family has different properties, budgets, goals, needs, and desires. Most buyers have a house in their mind (even if it does not look exactly like a house). I listen to your vision and look at your inspirations in our first meeting – which has no time limit.
I want to know you and what you see. I will ask questions about how you live – and how you want to live. Your desires are combined with my expertise and the result is infinitely personal. Singular. Joyful.
I also want your experience to be exceptional. From our first meeting where we talk, listen, play, and dream to our last meeting, you will always deal with me personally. I do not have a team. I take every meeting and every phone call. I develop the initial design and personally make all the changes as we refine the design until It aligns with your vision. I complete the construction drawings so they seamlessly reflect all of our discussions. If needed, I can help you select the best builder for your project. I will personally be there for any questions during construction. Designing a home is a collaboration. You will be “all in” and so will I.
And one last thing, I do not sell “stock” plans. Your home will be one of a kind. When you have poured your creative energy into a home design for YOUR family, you should never see it built anywhere else.”
